Push Up War is a competitive physical exercise challenge. Always consult with a licensed physician or medical professional before beginning any new physical fitness activity. Stop immediately if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, chest pain, or irregular shortness of breath.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Push Up War web platform, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
You explicitly acknowledge that bodyweight exercises, competitive calisthenics, and push-up duels involve inherent physical risks including, but not limited to, muscle strains, joint stress, cardiovascular exertion, or accidental falls. You hereby voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risk of personal injury or property damage.
Under no circumstances shall Push Up War, its creators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, or health complications arising from your participation in online duels.
3. Fair Play & AI Anti-Cheat Standards
Push Up War is founded on the principles of honest physical athletic competition. Our 3D Biomechanical Pose Detector verifies strict standard push-up form:
- Depth Requirement: Elbow flexion must reach 92 degrees or lower relative to shoulders.
- Plank Alignment: Torso-to-hip alignment must maintain at least 136 degrees.
- Prohibited Actions: Injecting artificial video loops, using emulator spoofing, video injection drivers, or manipulating WebSocket packets will result in immediate match forfeit and permanent IP/device ban.
4. User Code of Conduct
During peer-to-peer video streaming with opponents, you agree not to display, transmit, or promote:
- Any sexually explicit, defamatory, obscene, or threatening gestures or material.
- Harassment, hate speech, or invasive behavior toward any fellow warrior.
- Commercial solicitations, spamming, or fraudulent content.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand graphics, logos, sounds, algorithms, custom UI designs, and software code related to Push Up War are the exclusive intellectual property of the Push Up War project. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software without prior written authorization.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Service or any matchmaking feature at any time without prior notice if we detect violations of these terms.
